Camping pitches to suit all needs

Lime Tree Holiday Park is the perfect Peak District campsite, offering a choice of camping pitches to suit all needs, along with high standard amenities and beautifully clean toilet and shower facilities. The site is surrounding by farm land and mountain walks, and yet only a mile and a half from the historic spa town of Buxton.

Electric hook-up tent pitches

Electric hook-up facilities for tents on grass can be found on our electric touring field. These are a maximum 5m x 5m. We do have a few larger electric pitches so please contact us if your tent is larger than this. Alternatively, it is possible to book two pitches.

In some areas of the site we are able to position a caravan on a hardstanding pitch near to a grass electric tent pitch. These areas book up quickly, so remember to book early to guarantee your place.

Non-electric tent pitches

At Lime Tree Holiday Park, camping without electric hook-up is relaxed and informal, and you can choose the area of the site you prefer. Our terrace areas are very popular offering privacy while still being near to the children’s play area – ideal for young families. We also have a large camping field and a brand new toilet block with amazing views of the local countryside, plenty of room in which to play ball games – ideal for small family get togethers.

Please note that the Peak District is loved for its attractive, hilly landscapes, so please understand that the camping field does slope. There are also some small hilly areas and steps. Be advised that guests with walking difficulties may not find these features easy to navigate.
