Booking information: Camping, touring caravans, motorhomes and camping pods
- For stays of 3 and 4 nights or more, reservations will be taken upon receipt of a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid 10 weeks before commencement of the holiday.
- Weekends and peak periods are a minimum of 2 nights.
- Peak periods are weekends (Fri/Sat) school and bank holidays.
- Bank Holidays are a 3 nights minimum for both non-electric and electric camping.
- Excludes Easter, which is 4 nights minimum for electric camping.
- Pitches are available from 12pm on the day of arrival and departure time is before 10am. Latest arrival is between 6pm and 7pm.
- Maximum tent pitch size for electric hook up is 7m x 5m.
- Our standard caravan pitches are big enough to pitch a caravan and a standard awning. If you have a large unit you must tell us at the time of booking. If you fail to advise us we cannot guarantee that your pitch will be of adequate size.
- There is a strict ‘No Noise’ policy on the site after 10pm. Please choose this site only if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet environment.

Booking information: Ashberry Lodge, Ashwood House and Static Caravans
- All bookings require a £150.00 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid in full 10 weeks before your arrival.
- We can provide cots or highchairs if you are holidaying with an infant. Cot bedding is not provided.
- Irons and ironing boards are available on request.
- Up to two dogs are allowed in some of our lets at an additional charge. Please bring your own throws to protect seating. No dogs in the bedrooms please.
- Towels and consumables eg toilet roll, washing up liquid and sponges not included.
- All accommodation is non-smoking.
- Please note a cash damage security deposit of £50 will be required on check-in.
- Arrival time is after 2pm – departure time is before 10am.
