We can accommodate your caravan motorhome, campervan or freedom caravan for the whole summer, or for four weeks at a time. We can also offer winter storage for your caravan. Contact us directly to find out more.
Seasonal pitches
We offer seasonal pitches for £2,975 per season including winter storage, from 1st March to 2nd November. These great deals are for hardstanding pitches with space for an awning, and electricity and hot showers are included.
Winter storage
Our winter storage deal runs from 1st November to 28th February and costs £250. Storage is outdoor on hardstanding pitches with onsite CCTV coverage. Access to your caravan is available during office hours to check its condition and is by appointment only.

Booking information: Seasonal pitches
- Seasonal touring caravans may only be used at Lime Tree Holiday Park for the purpose of recreation and not for residential purposes. The pitch is offered on a seasonal basis only and touring caravan owners do not have any tenure rights beyond one season.
- Only the owner, family and immediate relatives may stay in the caravan. Renting the vans is not permitted.
- We are an extremely dog friendly park with on-site walks and surrounded by fields perfect for exercising your dog. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per seasonal touring caravan. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outdoors.
- Commercial and sign written vehicles are not allowed on the touring field, but may be left in the reception car park.
- The caravan must be of an acceptable standard and in a condition acceptable to Lime Tree Holiday Park. It must be kept clean and no caravan should be registered.
- 16 amp electricity consumption is included in your seasonal fee. It is essential that all electrical items are disconnected when you leave the site at the end of each visit. In the event that we identify appliances connected and switched on during your absence we may, for safety reasons, disconnect the supply.
- Your caravan, contents and all property brought onto the park remains at the sole risk of the owner. You are obliged as a condition of the agreement, to insure your caravan and its contents against fire, explosion, burglary, theft and public liability cover of at least £2 million. Neither the company nor its employees shall be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused. A copy of your insurance certificate must be passed to the company.
- No advertising or trading is to be carried on without the express written permission of the company.
- For reasons of safety, an annual gas check is compulsory for all caravans used on-site. It is also compulsory to have an up to date fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm in your caravan if it is kept on the park.
- We may need to move your caravan to another pitch, for grounds maintenance and/or security reasons. In the case of an emergency the company has the right to re-site tourers if necessary.
- Unreserved acceptance of the above conditions is a requirement to site your touring caravan at Lime Tree Holiday Park. Failure to meet the conditions will result in vans being removed with immediate effect. Our booking terms and conditions are available here.
